We prioritize long-term compatibility and offer support through the hiring journey. If something’s not working, we help problem-solve or find an alternate match.

Our Independent Facilitation services empower individuals and families to take charge of their Self-Determination journey. We provide guidance through every step, from exploring goals and identifying supports to developing and maintaining a Person-Centered Plan that reflects the individual’s voice,  vision, and values.
